Our annual marquee event is our club birthday party.  This is a three day event of camping, activities and off road driving.  View the full schedule by clicking here or check the bottom of this post.

Breakfast is included Saturday and Sunday and Saturday dinner is catered for all registrants.  This is a family friendly event and children will find it enjoyable, dogs are welcome.   There is always trail grooming and preparations on Thursday and you are welcome to come one day early and make it a four day event.

This event is held near Silver Lake, Ontario.  The diverse terrain of the Madawaska Highlands and area, (bedrock, cedars swamp, and mud) is exceptionally good for testing your skill and the limits of your Land Rover in off road conditions.

Silver Lake is located about sixty miles west of Ottawa on Highway 7. It is just a few kilometers from Sharbot Lake and about a half hour drive to Perth.  The event is open to all Land Rovers – Series Land Rovers, Range Rovers, Defenders, Freelanders, LR2, LR3, LR4 as well as Discoveries. If you have a non Land Rover you are also invited.

Certain activities will only be for Land Rovers (such as the RTV Trials, Land Rover displays.) Because of our insurance requirements you must be a registered member of OVLR to drive at any OVLR event.  Drivers must also be members of OF4WD for insurance purposes.
