In the Fall of 1998, numerous changes were proposed to the OVLR By-Laws. These changes were subsequently approved at a vote held at the OVLR Christmas Party on December 6th, 1998. The basic thrust of the by-law changes was to re-organise the Executive into positions that better reflected their actual duties
