Camping Friday and Saturday night
Breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning,

Friday:

Club members can arrive anytime on Friday and are requested to check in with a club board member upon arrival.

Friday is a relaxed day with optional self-guided off-roading adventures and a chance for general social mingling and interaction among participants.

Saturday:

Breakfast (Provided): 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM

Start your Saturday with a scrumptious breakfast provided, where you can fuel up for the exciting day ahead.

Drivers Meeting: 9:15 AM

There will be a mandatory drivers meeting for all participants. Important instructions, safety guidelines, and trail information will be shared during this session.

Trail Rides: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Get ready for an exhilarating off-roading experience as we hit the trails. Explore challenging terrains, enjoy scenic views, and bond with fellow Land Rover enthusiasts.

Supper: 6:00 PM

As the sun sets, gather together for catered supper. Share stories, experiences, and make new friends while relishing delicious food. Vegetarian options areprovided.

Evening Keynote Guest Speaker – Nick Dembleby: 7:30 PM

Get ready to be inspired by an exclusive keynote presentation from the esteemed off-road adventurer, Nick Dimbleby. His captivating stories and insights promise to make this celebration extra special.

RTV Driver Briefing: 9:15 AM

Participants interested in the RTV Competition must attend the driver briefing at 9:15 AM, where rules and guidelines for the competition will be explained.

RTV Competition: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Get ready for some action-packed competition. Test your skills and compete with other drivers in this thrilling event.

Lunch and OVLR Fundraiser Auction: Starting from 12:30 PM

Take a break and recharge with your own lunch while you participate in the OVLR fundraiser auction and support a great cause. Members can bring Land Rover related items to donate for the club to raise funds.

Members are kindly requested to assist with the strike of the clubs equipment and to ensure we leave the campsite in better order than it was found.
