Freelander 1997-2015
The first generation Freelander was Land Rover's first unibody model, a major departure from the body-on-frame style of previous Land Rovers
The second generation (2007-2015) Freelander was sold as the LR2in North America and the Middle East, and marketed as the Freelander 2 in Europe. The Freelander was also the first Land Rover model to be offered in a 2WD version, as of 2010.
