DESCRIPTION:Come and celebrate the 40th Birthday of the Ottawa Valley Land Rover Club with us! This milestone event promises thrilling off-road adventures\, with a captivating talk by our special guest Nick Dimbleby\, and the joy of being part of a vibrant Land Rover community. Let’s make this birthday bash one to remember! See you there! \n\n\n\nTicket’s include:      Camping Friday and Saturday night      Breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning\,      Supper Saturday Night. \n\n\n\nAttendees will receive a gift bag of goodies! \n\n\n\nExtra special contents for the first 50 registrants. \n\n\n\nFriday:\n\n\n\nClub members can arrive anytime on Friday and are requested to check in with a club board member upon arrival. \n\n\n\nFriday is a relaxed day with optional self-guided off-roading adventures and a chance for general social mingling and interaction among participants. \n\n\n\nSaturday:\n\n\n\nBreakfast (Provided): 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM \n\n\n\nStart your Saturday with a scrumptious breakfast provided\, where you can fuel up for the exciting day ahead. \n\n\n\nDrivers Meeting: 9:15 AM \n\n\n\nThere will be a mandatory drivers meeting for all participants. Important instructions\, safety guidelines\, and trail information will be shared during this session. \n\n\n\nTrail Rides: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM \n\n\n\nGet ready for an exhilarating off-roading experience as we hit the trails. Explore challenging terrains\, enjoy scenic views\, and bond with fellow Land Rover enthusiasts. \n\n\n\nSupper: 6:00 PM \n\n\n\nAs the sun sets\, gather together for catered supper. Share stories\, experiences\, and make new friends while relishing delicious food. Vegetarian options areprovided. \n\n\n\nEvening Keynote Guest Speaker – Nick Dembleby: 7:30 PM \n\n\n\nGet ready to be inspired by an exclusive keynote presentation from the esteemed off-road adventurer\, Nick Dimbleby. His captivating stories and insights promise to make this celebration extra special. \n\n\n\nSunday:\n\n\n\nBreakfast (Provided): 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM \n\n\n\nAnother Delicious breakfast to share with your fellow club members. \n\n\n\nRTV Driver Briefing: 9:15 AM \n\n\n\nParticipants interested in the RTV Competition must attend the driver briefing at 9:15 AM\, where rules and guidelines for the competition will be explained. \n\n\n\nRTV Competition: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM \n\n\n\nGet ready for some action-packed competition. Test your skills and compete with other drivers in this thrilling event. \n\n\n\nLunch and OVLR Fundraiser Auction: Starting from 12:30 PM \n\n\n\nTake a break and recharge with your own lunch while you participate in the OVLR fundraiser auction and support a great cause. Members can bring Land Rover related items to donate for the club to raise funds. \n\n\n\nMembers are kindly requested to assist with the strike of the clubs equipment and to ensure we leave the campsite in better order than it was found. \n\n\n\nNote: The schedule is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions. Participants will be informed promptly about any modifications.
